The knowledgebase can be used as a training material for the support team; however, the knowledgebase compilation is not possible without the inquiries analysis by our support department. Frequently asked questions are defined out of the inquiries to the support department, all of them will be added to the knowledgebase. The latter also keeps the necessary basic information regarding the project.
